MONOFIN
By taking the SSI Monofin Freediving Specialty program, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to maximize your underwater efficiency by diving with a monofin.
NO-FINS FREEDIVING
Diving without fins is often considered the purest form of freediving. This program gives you the skills and knowledge required to safely conduct freedives without fins, in both confined and open water environments.
ADVANCED FREEDIVER
This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 30 meters. After this course and some additional training, you can continue your study on advanced Freediving.
